Entreprise familiale crée en 1987 dont la spécialité réside dans la récolte et la transformation du fameux escargot de Bourgogne (Helix Pomatia).
Premier intervenant Français à disposer d'une filière intégrée à 100% au sein des zones de ramassage, grâce à l'implantation en Hongrie d'un site de production de matière première et de transformation (notamment habilité à la production d'une gamme d'escargots "Label Rouge").
La société française assure la production d'escargots de Bourgogne selon un standard qualitatif de niveau supérieur, mettant en œuvre les produits les plus nobles : chairs d'escargots issus de sa propre filière marinées au Chablis, beurre de baratte AOC Charentes-Poitou, ail et persil achetés frais, sel de Guérande, etc.
CROQUE BOURGOGNE assure par ailleurs, la commercialisation d'une grande partie de la production de sa filiale hongroise : IMOFI KFT.
