Neeraj Kumar Mehra, the founder realized that while a manufacturer might have excellent product to offer but to take his product to deserving market continues to be a challenge, especially when the market happens to be far away in a foreign land. Then dealing with many agencies and complying with plethora of laws such as customs, RBI, FEMA, DGFT, Export Promotion Councils, Dealing with Quality Inspection agencies etc etc poses plenty of challenges & risks. Here we provide hand-holding to manufacturers, help them mitigate various kinds of risks.
We also provide services of an agent for overseas buyers. We act as their local partners and help them in finding right product for them, implementing their quality assurance plan, dealing with export inspection agencies. We also help overseas seller realize/ follow up their payments.
