Our Gins are a celebration of the Scottish Highlands, made with natural, fresh botanicals, picked in the Highlands then slowly macerated in Glasgow before being distilled.
Gin production began in 2012 in Aviemore in the Scottish Highlands. In 2017 we relocated to the legendary Barras in Glasgow’s East End, where we distil our range of award-winning, Handcrafted Scottish Gins. Crossbill Distillery & Shop also hosts the hugely popular Gin School where guests can distil their own unique creations to take away and enjoy.
