CrossFit 214

Crossfit 214 is a dedicated strength and conditioning facility in the heart of Dallas, Texas. Our facility offers 7,000 square feet of indoor space located just across Central Expressway from the Uptown neighborhood. We do both group and individual coaching primarily based on CrossFit methodology. CrossFit workouts use functional movements (weightlifting, gymnastics, running, throwing, plyometrics, etc) short intense workouts aimed at optimizing athletic performance. We also tie in nutritional strategies and lifestyle coaching to meet each individual athlete's goals.
