For Lance Mosley and Adriana Grassi CrossFit HardCore was developed as it was intended: a fitness regimen to optimizes fitness as constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. However Lance and Adriana, with their vast experience in training, coaching and competition place specific emphasis and importance on perfecting the movements, modifying to prevent injury and taking into account an individuals ability. CrossFit is not just the workout, it is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together. The communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why it’s so effective. Lance and Adriana have done a spectacular job at creating a space where you feel like you belong, and want to keep coming back, as soon as you enter the door. Group Corporate WODS - or Workouts Of the Day The training offered by CrossFit HardCore for Corporate entities are performed in a group setting, at pre-determined times for groups of 8 or more twice a week. These Classes are lead by a head instructor or “coach” and just for your Team. Group Training Classes are infinitely scalable according to the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of each athlete and can be customized to suit the capabilities, fitness-level, or fitness goals of each attendee.
