CrossFit Independence

We are located in the Waterford Lakes Shopping Center. We are located between Home Depot and Bealls on the West side of Alafaya. Our facility is 5000 square feet and is fully to effectively run CrossFit, CrossFit Kids, Olympic weightlifting,, and our boot camp programs. All of our trainers are highly experienced in CrossFit and Weightlifting. Whether it’s CrossFit movements, Olympic Weightlifting, or nutrition we’ve got your bases covered, because each trainer brings a vast amount of expertise to our coaching team to give our members the best possible experience while training with us. Our staff is striving hard to build a community of CrossFitters, Weightlifters. We are here to help you achieve your goals.
