What We Provide: A personal training experience in a group setting. This is not your standard group exercise class. We sell a gimmick less fitness product where you WILL achieve your fitness goals and you will work hard to do so. We will train, motivate, and support you through this process. Who Can Join: We accept anyone who is willing to work hard regardless of your current athletic ability. We train high school students to seniors and everyone in between. How We Do It: Our coaches are very passionate about what they do and will spend a lot of time and energy to make you successful. We ask for one thing before you start...a solid commitment. We want long term life members to join our fitness family.
