We offer several services including personal training, weightlifting and nutrition instruction. CrossFit Germantown Performance targets a wide range of athletes, spanning from young children to teens and adults. We emphasize injury prevention, diet and nutrition as well as professional and amateur competition. Our coaches pull experience from years of military service, CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting as well as various other sports to develop and provide the best Crossfit training to our athletes.
