About Crossfit Breakthrough
We are a strength and conditioning facility in Nashville, TN bringing fitness, health, and authentic community to people of all ages and ability levels! Since 2012, 5402 Charlotte Avenue has served up fitness to the West Nashville area. In the fall of 2017, longtime member and coach, Nick Freije, became owner and operator, seeking to build upon the strong foundation and community previously known as CrossFit Barefoot. Early in 2018, CrossFit Breakthrough was born.
