It started as a sole Proprietor company by Mr. Kevin Kong in year 2011, providing training and consultation services to SMI/SME, Schools, multinational companies as well as public listed companies. It has since then grown to become a substantial and performance improvement company that helps many people master the capabilities demanded in today’s challenging business environment. It has also empowered people to move far beyond their comfort zone to reach for their highest potential.
The founder, Mr. Kevin Kong has more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the area of training and consultancy, both at operational level and strategic level. He gained his professional qualification as Certified Professional Manager-HRM-UK, Certified Professional in Training & Development and Training Needs Analysis Specialist in year 2009, as well as a HRDF certified trainer.
