CrossWalk Center is the bridge between prison and the free world. We are Seamless Re-entry Discipleship from Inside Out. Christ-centered and faith-based, CWC serves as the safe, urban re-entry hub in Houston, Texas. Our approach is two-prong: social services and a relational discipleship re-entry journey, to realize a successful and sustainable return to society.
CrossWalk Center, non-profit 501 (c) (3) is a Christ-centered, faith driven organization and mission-driven community. The board, staff, donors, volunteers and key partners all believe we’ve been called to coalesce, in order to express and bring unity among social service providers, governments, para-church organizations, and churches, through Jesus Christ, in order to better serve returning citizens and their families.
