ARBITRAGE 3. MISSION AND ACTIVITY DIRECTION 3.1. The main purpose of the creation of the Public Organisation is: STATUS DETERMINATION FOR THE CROUPIER as an arbiter who naturally determines the share index (DoLa) for the operators of the entertainment world by initiating changes in the legislation of the country where one resides. 3.2. The purpose of the Public Organisation is the fulfilment of: the value for “the best standard of living" for a living person, the principle of "good will" for a living person, the ability to determine the availability of reliable data with a high level of disaggregation, which allows to analyse the information about dynamically made progress. The desire to achieve accountability in the relationship between governments and civil society in all the countries committed to the Sustainable Development Goals “SDGs”, that requires the partnership of the governments, the private sector, civil society and citizens, in order to leave the planet in a better state for the future generations. 3.3. The areas of activity of the Public Organisation are the following: 3.3.1 social - the development element of a collective agreement of a program, that establishes the legal status for the croupier as a profession, by implementing in the acts of the current legislation of the country where one resides, etc.; 3.3.2 technological - an element of a scientific implementation of the 6th technological order from the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the activities of the Public Organisation; 3.3.3 economic - an arsenal to promote the implementation of the principle of the share (DoLa) indexation for socially responsible gaming, including the best elements of: past, present, future and unknown mastery practices of gaming conduct. 3.3.4 the cultural factor of popularising the value for "the best standard of living" to promote the free development of the creative inclinations and the perfection of the share (DoLa) mastery in
