Understanding how people interact with their environment is essential to the success of developing a scheme. Whether it be a design, process or operation, a new or an existing idea, ensuring the needs of users are met should be considered throughout the scheme development. I have over 10 years’ experience of working with project teams, or embedded within client offices, successfully delivering projects. My involvement in projects extends from concept stage, to delivery, to on-the-ground operations. Clients I have worked with include architects, engineers, developers, organising committees, public transport operators and venue operators.
