Since its formation, the company has developed into a training and consultancy organisation working at the highest level worldwide. The Crowd Safety Training/Consultancy team are the company's biggest asset, with years of experience gained at events of all descriptions, from sports to music festivals. Crowd safety team members hold a minimum of a Level 5 Award in Crowd Safety Management, although many hold degrees in the subject and work with the world's most significant and complex events, both in a consultancy and operational capacity. Crowd Safety Training and Consultancy work across many industries, including Events, Rail, Aviation, Maritime and Retail, to mention just a few. Further training is provided in security, management, team leading, customer service, first aid, fire safety, conflict management and substance misuse.
