On the one hand we had to deal with the increadibly complex enterprise software (legacy issue) and on the other hand these systems did not easily or flexibily provide the information we were looking for. So when we came across develops in crowdsourcing we started to investigate possibilities of contecting business processes with external crowdworkers.
