Crown Sustainable Waste Management was founded as a skip hire company over 20 years ago. Since then we have grown consistently to include a wide range of domestic and commercial waste management, recycling solutions including environmental compliance, plant hire and aggregates.
We are proud to have over 90 vehicles in our fleet and now provide waste management services for many of your area’s most well-known organisations, with recycling as our number one priority.
We use the latest technology to sort through materials such as cardboard, plastics, glass, building materials, timber and metals. There are several processes that are used to ensure everything that comes from the hundred-thousand tonnes of locally produced waste is recycled.
This includes; shredding, screening, manual picking, air separation and ferromagnetic for metal. The small amount of waste we do have goes to RDF facilities in Birmingham and Rugby where it is used to produce energy.
Once this has happened in the final process the materials are stored into compacted bales. They are sent to local plants to be further recycled and processed, where it is used to produce new materials.
