We seek established businesses and experienced management teams that have a solid operating history and growth potential. Our target portfolio company has revenues of $5 to $100 million and positive cash flow. That said, we place a nearly equal amount of value on a company’s competitive market position, whether it has any proprietary products/relationships/processes, and the potential for organic growth.
