Our company is a promising start-up with a vision to make people's lives a better one and save Mother Nature. We are a group of young people who have worked hard with our product for the last 1 year to improve it from time to time. And our goal is to make a sustainable waste management system for plastic waste and solve the energy crisis in my country. So, what we are doing we are producing fossil fuel from waste plastic. We have been upgrading our process continually, and currently, we are on our 3rd proto-type. We started with only 10% efficiency conversion rate from waste plastic to oil. But with rigorous effort we can produce oil with 83% efficiency.
Description of core product or service:
Our product is crude oil from waste plastic. We collect the waste plastic from different sources and convert them to fossil fuel with a pyrolysis process. In this pyrolysis process, plastic wastes are heated at a temperature of around 350oC in an oxygen-free (inert) environment. As the process is completely inert there is no possibility to produce CO2 or CO gas. So, the process is completely environment friendly.
With our current set up the oil we produce can be used anywhere except for IC (internal combustion) engines. That means our oil can be used for non-vehicle purpose. We have plan to upgrade it further to produce all sorts of products of fossil fuel from waste plastic. The majority protion of our oil is diesel . The other portion contaion petrol , gasoline, kerosene etc. In the process a small amount of fuel gas is produced. But as our process is still under development we haven’t introduced the process for capturing these gases. As it requres some fund. But we are still working on our own.
