Founded by former i-D Magazine editor Briony Wright, Crushes established itself making regular arrangements and installations for clients including Australian Fashion Week, Rising Festival, Bistra and Pieces of Eight jewellery. Now they’re translating that same energy, artistry, vision and love for the craft into deliverable bunches throughout Melbourne.
With the addition of sibling Nick Wright - founder of various creative and tech startups, a photographer, designer and general tech wiz - every element has been considered and designed to ensure that each Crushes delivery feels genuinely special and exciting - like a real moment.
Committed to sustainability and a dedication to innovating their practice, Crushes Studio source the most beautiful flowers and foliage of the season from local growers and use no chemicals or floral foam in their work.
Crushes is based on the land of the Wurundjeri and Woi-wurrung People of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects, and rent, to the Traditional Custodians and acknowledge their enduring connection to the land, flora and fauna.
