With 30 years of experience in soccer, futsal, volleyball, and more recently, sports such as archery and e-sports, we can say that, despite so many technological innovations, legislative changes, regulatory frameworks, and the transformation of sport into an entertainment and business industry, some challenges remain the same: the protection of labor rights, health, and physical integrity, emotional and psychological of high-performance athletes.
As pioneers in developing case law arising from work-related injuries to professional soccer players, we intend to demonstrate that legal support and sports counseling are fundamental to an athlete's career.
Today, we have a legal team with experience from those who have lived through the beginnings of sports legislation in Brazil and who have stood out on the national sports scene for almost three decades, in the person of our founder Fábio Cruz, along with the renovation and expansion into new areas of sport with our lawyer Vanessa Lima.
We hope that, through our sports advisory and consultancy service, we can use this communication channel to contribute to the development of Sport, protecting the rights of its practitioners and building increasingly valuable debates.
