Cardiac Risk in the Young Ireland is a registered Irish Charity that was established in 2002 by parents and relatives who have experienced the effects of sudden and unexplained deaths within their families. CRY raises awareness for Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS), provides a free counselling service to families and friends affected by sudden cardiac death and provides a free screening service to families throughout Ireland at the CRYP Screening Centre in Tallaght.
