In 1988, Dr. Bill Baird, PhD, HCLD, was running his IVF laboratories and found himself continuously disappointed with the quality of donor sperm samples he received from other sperm banks. So, Dr. Baird made it his mission to establish a donor sperm bank that delivers, “a great sperm sample that will give our clients the best chance of getting pregnant, having a baby, and creating a family.” We know what it takes.

Cryobio is a privately owned, family-run business with Dr. Baird’s daughters, Robin, the legal and policy director, and Carly (Deal), the experience integration director, at the helm. That’s right, two women are steering this ship. Two women who grew up watching their dad devote so much of himself to helping others start families of their own. It was a natural progression that they would end up doing the same one day.
