CryoPort LNG is a natural gas equipment and solutions company that supports off-grid power generation and other large-scale fuel-consuming operations. In order to increase the competitiveness of LNG as a fuel source for remote power and heat generation, CryoPort has developed an innovative mobile storage and regasification unit (MSRU) which has superior performance specs and substantially favorable economics versus the traditional alternatives such as diesel or even CNG. While it delivers all the performance benefits of a permanent or semi-permanent fueling infrastructure, the MSRU is also fully mobile, easy to deploy, and has a much lower initial capital and ongoing operational and maintenance costs which result in significant operational flexibility and favorable economics for end users.
