The Center for Cryptoeconomics provides economic research and consulting services related to blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
Our mission is to build a better understanding of the economics of these technologies and their applications.
We do this by producing and publishing basic and applied economic research from respected academics and experts and educating developers, corporates, policymakers and the media about the economics of blockchain technology.
RESEARCH
We conduct research on all aspects of cryptoeconomics. Our main research areas are the economic mechanisms in blockchains and other distributed ledger technologies, the economics of blockchain applications and the economics of smart contracts and property.
CONSULTING
The Center for Cryptoeconomics provides consulting services and training to corporates who find their existing business model challenged by decentralized computing technologies or who would like to explore their opportunities. We also advise start-ups in analyzing and designing mechanisms and incentives for blockchain-based token-economies.
