Crypto Nation Fund was established in 2017 and transitioned to a joint-stock company under the name Crypto Nation at the beginning of 2021. Its primary focus is on managing a passive portfolio of cryptocurrency-based investments, providing Mongolians with the opportunity to invest in virtual assets and have their assets professionally managed by an experienced team. In December 2022, the company made several important decisions to change its strategic direction, aiming to further diversify and expand its activities. As a result, it will merge with several companies, including idax, a virtual asset service provider; Ard Bit, the issuer of ArdCoin loyalty points; Mongolian DeFi, the issuer of Mongolian Tether, a stablecoin; Diverse Solutions, a blockchain developer; MetaForce, the developer of the metaverse platform Metaland; Ard Art, an NFT marketplace; and crypto information site Krypto.mn, 6/42 lottery company - MPers.
