We specialize in Block chain platforms, Web 3.0, DeFi, NFT and related tech stack. Hiring for emerging tech like blockchain & crypto tech stack is challenging. There is the problem of too few people chasing too many jobs leading to high salary expectations from candidates, candidates overstating experience / quoting fake experience and cultural fitment. Crypto Skills uses a unique methodology of screening candidates to weed out fake resumes and evaluates them further to match the right talent for each job.
