CS&D Services is a Western Australia based firm providing EPC and EPCM services, Business Development services and Market Penetration services to the Construction, Mining, O&G, Renewable, Utilities and Resource Sectors. Since 2010 the company have successfully delivered and implemented Works for their Clients to include: • Business startups including feasibility, finance, marketing and staff recruitment • Business development and planning • Strategic market penetration, MOU setups and finalization • Tendering process and cash flow forecast • EOI, ECI, D&C, GMP, Lump Sum Fixed Price models and conversions from EPC to EPCM contract • Project Management and Project Execution In 2011 as part of their market penetration strategies CS&D Services finalized few partnerships with some key international firms operating within the Water and Waste Water filtration and Resource industry sectors focusing on the Australian market expanding since then existing capabilities to include also specialised packaged equipment installation, cross country and process plant pipelines works, commissioning and maintenance. CS&D is directly involved in building relationship with new prospective clients and partners, peering projects and opportunities, tendering and execute works, while assisting their Client with the correct strategies to maximize outcome and market penetration.
