We achieve an average response to service calls of 3 hours, often much less. We have achieved Microsoft Certified Professional Status, giving our customers full peace of mind when integrating one of our products into their network. Our engineers are trained in customer software problems and can offer help and advice where needed and also carry comprehensive parts kits to achieve first call-out fix rates and minimise machine down time.
