台船環海風電工程股份有限公司(台船環海)成立於2019年，由台灣國際造船股份有限公司與比利時DEME Offshore Holding NV公司在台灣合資創立，台船環海結合雙方股東在全球離岸風電工程之豐厚實績與在地資源優勢，以自擁自建自營的全迴旋大型浮吊船「環海翡翠輪」，致力為臺灣離岸風電市場提供國際級專業海事工程服務。 CSBC-DEME Wind Engineering Co. Ltd. (CDWE), a joint venture established in 2019 between CSBC Corporation, Taiwan and DEME Offshore Holding NV from Belgium. Leveraging the knowledge and experience of its Shareholders, along with the ownership of Green Jade – the firs-of its-kind heavy lift installation vessel built in Taiwan, CDWE is dedicated to offering global solutions for the construction of offshore wind farms in Taiwan.
