Welcome to Sharp Fitness! 🏋️♂️ I created this page as a source of information and maybe some comic relief here and there.🧐🤡 I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist and would love to share my knowledge and my journey with you!💪 If you give my page a follow, I promise that I am not going to try and sell you on a workout program🏋️♂️, I am not going to try and peddle my "favorite" supplement💊. All I want to do is create this platform so that I can share my journey and my knowledge with my friends and new friends! If you would like coaching, I am here for it! 💪 If you got a random question, I am here for it! 🤔 I have spent MANY years in a hate-hate relationship with DIET🤢 (a swear word to me) and fitness. However, over the last 4 years, through education and experience, I have learned to love fitness and nutrition and the entire process that goes along with it! I will post more and introduce myself, what I am doing and fun facts and tips. I just wanted to let everyone know that I am here and I am excited to help everyone live a healthier life!
