What is Powder Coating? Powder Coat is a durable, long lasting decorative finish that can be applied to many different types of substraits {(metal material) Steel, Aluminum, brass} It is also environmentally safe. There are no fumes, carcinogens or hazardous by-products associated with powder coating. CSI Industries has one of the largest curing ovens for powder coating in the state of Iowa. Once an item has been powder coated it has to be cured or baked at a certain high temperature. CSI Industries has been in business for over 25 years thanks to our competitive prices, quick turnaround, and high-quality standards. We practice “Lean Manufacturing,” so we know that waste is waste, whether it’s your time or your money! We specialize in helping other companies reduce their in-house maintenance costs. We are now offering a new program and are searching for companies that outsource their materials to be maintenanced for cleaning and re-coating of Styrofoam or plastic injection molds. Also, we do design and metal fabrication, assembly, as well as powder-coat painting and wet-spray application.
