All appraisals will be ordered by CSM Capital LLC and paid by applicant at the time of the appraisal. All loans will be for Non-Owner Occupied Properties only and written as a commercial loan. All loans will be a minimum of 4 months and a maximum of 6 months unless otherwise stated in writing. Borrower must show ability to make 4 month of payments Closing Costs can not be rolled over into the loan.
