CSM serves his clients to help promote and develop business at domestic Croatian, Bosnian, Slovenian and Serbian market. Through highest level of business ethics and service, our mission is to help our partners to achive better effectiveness on a targeted market and to ensure that their products and services be more visible to consumers. Our business model offers opportunities to individuals, established compnies and startups as independent contractors to market and/or sell products and services, typically outside of partners domestic market to distributors, representatives, consultants, architects or various other titles on our market which may participate in various ways including selling the products themselves or through their sales organizations. Our key activities are: - identify partner opportunities on target market - develop relationship in an effort to ensure growth of our clients - market research and reporting - working closely with retailers and dealers to increase target sales plans - negotiating sales conditions, making orders, marketing activities - etc.
