RUN THE BUSINESS (30%)
- Ensure our product assortment and buys match consumer demand and support our growth goals.
- Gain support and investment from marketing/brand to drive traffic.
- Deliver great client journeys to drive conversion;
- Build detailed plans and ensure team executes with excellence to win on big moment and daily basis
- Manage Own Digital platforms key working timeline, organize seasonal planning & hindsight, and ensure smooth execution in line;
MARKETPLACE & PARTNER MANAGEMENT (20%)
- Build strong relationships with HK marketplace including WS, finance, operations, marketing, and leadership.
