In today's dynamic landscape, where adaptability and versatility are of paramount importance, it is imperative to equip students with a diverse skill set to fulfill the requirements of the corporate world. To meet the above aim, we established "Communication and Soft Skills Cell". Objectives of the cell will be to provide students with access to - >Interview and Employability Skills, >Business English and Language Proficiency, >Personality Development & Corporate Skills. >Critical Thinking and Team Building, >Entrepreneurship Development, >Problem-solving. Communication Skills, >Life and Soft Skills, etc Proposed Activities: 1. Workshops and Seminars: Regular sessions on facing an interview, public speaking, presentation skills, and effective communication. Expert-led seminars on emotional intelligence, leadership, and networking. 2. Guest Lectures Talks by industry professionals and alumni sharing their experiences and insights Q&A sessions for personalized advice and networking opportunities 3. Interactive Sessions Role-playing activities to simulate real-life scenarios Group discussions and debates to enhance critical thinking and articulation Organizing Games to boost participation and interest of the students 4. Communication Challenges Monthly challenges to practice and improve various aspects of communicationFeedback sessions to help participants refine their skills 5. Social Events Networking events, social gatherings, and team-building activities Opportunities to practice interpersonal skills in a relaxed, informal setting 6.
