(65%), CSSC Marine Power Co., Ltd. (20%), Anqing CSSC Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. (10%) and China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd. (5%). CMS was registered in Yangshan Free Trade Port Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Trade Free Zone on January 23th, 2017 with the registered capital of one billion RMB. The registered location of CMS is Unit 101-201, Building 1, No.88 Yanghao Road, which is also the location of the Shanghai Distribution Center.
