The College of Health and Human Development (HHD) at California State University, Northridge (CSUN) is dedicated to fostering student success. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our dynamic team of faculty and staff. With a faculty of over 350 full- and part-time academic professionals and a support staff of 50, we provide exceptional education, guidance, and mentorship to a diverse community of over 7,600 students. Our programs are offered both on-campus and online, ensuring accessibility for all. Spanning nine academic departments, we offer a range of opportunities including 12 undergraduate and 14 graduate degree programs. Additionally, we collaborate with the Tseng College of Graduate, International, and Midcareer Education to provide self-supporting programs, along with partnerships with the Michael D. Eisner College of Education to offer two credentials. Our academic pursuits share a unified goal: enhancing the well-being of individuals across the entire lifespan. Graduates of our programs are equipped to lead services and directly engage with communities. Enriched by internships, service-learning experiences, comprehensive advising, and an inclusive campus atmosphere, our study programs offer a holistic approach.
