We the members of the Student Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) at California State University, Sacramento will foster desirable relations among the Parent Chapters, Younger Member Forums, Student Chapters, Competition Clubs, Alumni, Sponsors, Student Body Members and Faculty. Furthermore, to further the knowledge of the standards and ethics of the engineering profession, to ordain and establish this Student Chapter as a living community to aid future Sacramento State ASCE members.
