In 2013, a Cardiac Surgery Physician Assistant saw many talented providers leaving the specialty. Believing there was a more holistic approach that could keep specialty programs adequately staffed and sustainable and providers well supported, he founded CT Assist. While CT Assist began with APPs in cardiac surgery programs, our largest specialty, we expanded to support many other specialties such as Thoracic, Vascular, Cardiology, Orthopedic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Pathology, Interventional Radiology, Hem-Onc, and OB-GYN. We love difficult to fill specialties.
We offer full flexibility in assignment types: full-time or part-time locum tenens/travel, per diem, local outsource, locums to perm and permanent placement.
