WHO WE ARE Centro de Tecnologia 4.0 Ltda (CT4) has as objective the development, qualification and commercialization of new technologies for optimization and cost reduction to the offshore O&G exploration and production activities. HOW WE DO THIS Technological partnerships are the supporting pillars for CT4´s projects that aim, in the first place, to reduce the operational costs of upstream and offshore decommissioning activities. CT4 is a Brazilian technology-based Company for Research and Development Projects in full compliance with applicable Brazilian regulations and, in addition, is classified as a small company which classifies CT4 for execution of strategic projects in partnership with Brazilian Universities and/or Research Institutions in alignment with the requirements of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI) and the National Agency of Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels (ANP) being eligible for applied research, experimental development and prototype construction or Piloting. It means CT4 is fully eligible for project execution under ANP03/2015 regulation. OUR BUSINESS MODEL: 1- Industry Challenges Assessment, 2- Partnership Mapping Strategy, 3- Technology Transfer Agreement for local development and Project Plan execution, 4- Oil Companies Sponsorship and local leadership for project execution, 5- Ensure the introduction of the Product Research Results in the market. ON GOING PROJECT DESK We have in place importants Technology Development Agreements for local development, as:  * PLASMA technology for drilling and milling,  * In-well early kick detection,  * All-electric ultra-compact Blow-out preventer  * Open water riserless drilling  * Centric Reciprocating Technology for compression and pumping  * New tools for well relief interception and multi-casing well inspection In the commercialization phase, CT4 is the exclusive dealer for: DeltaV-seal metal2metal zero emission and fire-safe sealing, TMEIC special drives and Ivalve.
