Central Texas Compensation & Benefits Association

The Central Texas Compensation and Benefits Association (CTCBA) was created with the purpose to help its members learn and share compensation and benefits expertise. We are committed to promoting the professional practice of total rewards management in order to attract, retain and motivate employees. Our members represent financial and educational institutions, retailers, insurance, technology, manufacturing, etc. as well as independent consultants and students. CTCBA hosts bi-monthly educational luncheons, special workshops and member panels on topics relevant towards those working in the compensation and benefits fields. Networking is also an important part of every meeting. In addition to the knowledge gained at the events, the professional relationships and contacts provide valuable resources. CTCBA is also a partner with WorldatWork in bringing certification courses here to Austin. Work towards your certification as a CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CBP (Certified Benefits Professional) or any of the other WorldatWork certifications by attending courses here in Austin, Texas.
