CTi Process ApS is the outcome of a long-term cooperation and collaboration between the business-group PBT (Process Building Technic) and Carnitech, who both operated in the international food equipment industry for more than 25 years, just as CTi now.
CTi is still relying on the foundation from this duration, but has now established a name for itself, committed to deliver reliable, made-to-order equipment to our customers production lines for fish, seafood, meat, poultry, bakery goods, ready meals, vegetables, fruit or pet foods all over the world – small as large.
We use our expertise and experience to develop and design the most favorable solutions to each customer, striving to make the equipment as energy saving, easy cleanable and efficient as possible.
Our stand-alone equipment is:
• IQC Steam Cookers / cooking
• Offshore Steam Cookers / cooking and cooling on vessels
• IQF Edge Drive Spirals / proofing, cooling and freezing
• IQF Low Tension Spirals / proofing, cooling and freezing
• IQF Impingement Freezer / freezing
• IQF Tunnel Freezer / freezing
• Thermo Tanks / thawing, cooling and bleeding
∙ Complete steam cooking and IQF freezing lines / shrimp, mussels, surimi etc.
In addition to complete lines, we also design and produce equipment in relation to these, such as water chiller, vibrators etc. We have great experience in combining already existing lines with one or more pieces of our equipment resulting in an optimized production line. This can also include transport conveyors, a feeding bin or the like.
We strive to be the best in the market, not the biggest. We value honesty, open communication, and hard work. After all, we are Danish.
Our combined facility allows us to work efficient, focused and unified in all aspects of the project until the machinery is installed and ready for usage.
