As a contract metal manufacturer, we specialize in processing pipe, pipe spool welding, stainless steel welding, structural fabrication, modular skid manufacturing, custom enclosures, and turnkey MEP solutions. Specializing in turnkey support for oil and gas operators, CTJ manufactures critical emissions control systems—including Custom Engineered Flares, VRUs, Combustors, Air Compressor Packages, and ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 Code Vessels—as well as other essential equipment for production and processing facility buildouts, biogas facilities, and/or landfill gas applications. We also design and produce automated control and VFD/switchgear panels, delivering a true end-to-end solution from fabrication and installation to 24/7 on-site maintenance. Our 130,000 sq. ft. facility features a dedicated 10,000 sq. ft. clean room for stainless welding, a full-service panel shop for controls, automation, MMC panels, and a 60-foot paint booth built for large-scale assemblies.
