CTL Container Transport Logistics GmbH has been founded as a subsidiary of M+S Mehrtens & Schwickerath GmbH (Liner Agency) in 1984. Our company is privately owned. Membership in the Bremen Forwarders Association is maintained. Primarily, the main activity of CTL was Container Logistics. Acting as an operational agent for various shipping lines, CTL was responsible for controlling and handling of container movements all over Europe. For meeting any high standard demand of the shipping and foreign trade industry, we meanwhile offer international freight forwarding, warehousing, customs brokerage, distribution and container sale/purchase. In 1995 CTL became a member of Global Logistics Associates (GLA) a world-wide Agency network represented in more than 55 countries.
