CTL is an independent engineering and consulting firm specialized in the analysis, design, optimization and implementation studies of any civil engineering structure at an international scope. Our firm is included in CTE group, with a 28-year path that started in France and lead to its presence in Europe, Eastern Europe, South America, Asia and Africa with a total of 9 subsidiaries and a taskforce of over 110 collaborators permanently linked with inter-agency voIP phones and video conference connections. Making part of the CTE group gives us the possibility to respond to civil engineering projects of every type and size around the world profiting from other subsidiaries resources if necessary for an effective response to complex and time demanding projects adapted to their destination country’s specifications and practices.
