I, Pankaj K. Pandey, had a modest career start as a call center agent, which was twelve years back. From then on, my varied experiences have influenced me in many ways. As I moved up the corporate ladder step by step, I began to notice some subtleties that are ignored otherwise - The dread of MS Excel. As my primary work was around MS Excel, I‘ve encountered countless people who had to spend endless hours a day on Excel, because they weren’t as efficient in it. In every position I held, I noticed the same pattern. Excel had become a burden for employees to carry. This motivated me to begin a venture that would address this distress. I am, thus, pleased to announce to you our new establishment, “CtoB Solutions Pvt. Ltd.” The company I founded with the dream of making people awesome in Excel and change the way people look and use MS Excel. The name of the firm is inspired by my life-long admiration of the incredible journey of a butterfly, which emerges victorious despite terrible hardships. CTOB stands for “Cocoon to Butterfly” We wish to be that speck of light that brings a change and allows corporations and individuals to break free of their shells and perform the way they are meant to do. Our firm aids enterprises with BI Reporting and Data Management. We enable them to make the best out of the most powerful, widely available yet underrated tool in institutions – MS Excel. In our belief 83% population have excel reporting like a cocoon, that’s why we are here to help them to transform that into a beautiful butterfly with organic transformation. We convert the day-to-day normal-looking excel reports to the beautiful interactive dashboard, and we not only help their existing MIS team to train on excel, we make them champions. Our motto is simple “We put “Lent” in your “Excel” to make you “Excellent”. We work at the grass-root level, by professionally teaching employees and individuals the intricacies of Excel, including VBA, automation, and dashboard designing.
