Through gamification, we attract young Africans to develop essential development skills, transforming the narrative of African economies and rendering development unnecessary. Our theory of action is that: if young Africans develop the skills required to succeed as development professionals and understand the toughest challenges facing development, then they can render development unnecessary or make it “really” work to Africa’s advantage.
