Ctrl Technologies is a Software as a Service company for the insurance industry. The specialised software can be used by advisors and brokers, but also by consumer-facing businesses wanting to expand their offering into insurance products.
The backend is integrated with major respected insurance providers and users can easily compare up to 8 car and home insurance quotes after completing one set of underwriting questions. A proprietary algorithm makes a recommendation based on the user's unique needs.
Compliance requirements and key documentation are built into the software to create a safe and robust system.
The Ctrl team has experience in the South African insurance and banking industries and full knowledge of the requirements and challenges faced by those selling car and home insurance.
An in-house development team makes Ctrl agile and able to change the software if and when requirements and laws change.
The software offering includes an app, a web version of the app, a CRM system and a Customer Success Function to onboard traditional brokers or consumer-facing businesses onto the platform.
Ctrl has a digital brokerage called Ctrl Financial Intermediaries (FSP 48557) that was built from the ground up as a digital broker.
