Ctzen improves government efficiency using AI, GIS, and UX. We offer a hassle-free management and communication platform that allows governments to attend citizens. Besides guiding the government to respond to citizens’ incidents and concerns, we suggest them which are the primarily reports to attend to generate the most possible impact over the city. This platform also improves communication channels, sending the incident reported by citizens directly to the public official responsible of the corresponding department. Since users can access the platform through a mobile application, public officers working outside their offices (police officers, traffic police, ambulances, etc.) can respond rapidly when a citizen reports an emergency. Our system locates the nearest agent, and shows him or her the best route to attend the citizen, and simultaneously notifies the citizen the estimated time of attention. Our platform can be easily integrated with any system such as 311, 911, or any other governmental department. On the other hand, we also offer Ctzen as a mobile application (WEB, iOS, Android) for citizens, promoting democracy and participation to get information about what's happening on the streets, providing them with information they can use as leverage to communicate with governments.
