The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) mission is to lead the civil engineering profession to sustainably advance and protect the health, safety, and welfare of all. As the student chapter of ASCE at The Catholic University of America our mission is to provide real-life engineering experiences through ASCE competition teams, networking opportunities, construction site tours, and various other events to keep current and new members engaged.
CUA ASCE is part of the Mid-Atlantic West Region and will compete at the Regional Symposium in the spring of 2025 at Penn State. Our competition teams include Concrete Canoe, Steel Bridge, Sustainable Solutions, and Surveying.
